Troubles with tonality differences [Singapore]

My Questions are -
1. Our coated panels are having peak tonality difference.How to check (any meter)the color tonality difference ?
2. Our coated Aluminium panel shows whity patches isolated.
3.Is there any tests to the question 2.
4.Any Tolerance for Tonality Difference ?
5.Any relevant standards in ASTM for above ?

I'm so interested of get a sample of your defect(May be a Digital Photograph), and which causes you have detected on the difference of tonality in aluminium alloy 3003.
