Seeking Teflon Coating [Ireland]

Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to find a company in the UK which specializes in Teflon coating. I need to coat Ø21mm x 500 mm long stainless steel tubes with a Teflon or other non stick coating. The coating must be less than 0.2 mm thick and must be fairly consistent around the diameter and along the length of the tube.

Any advise would be welcomed.
