Need source for military treatment specs [Washington]

Can someone point me to a source for the full specs for Mil-C-5541 [link is to spec at TechStreet]-E Class 1A as well as MIL-STD-871-A?

The chem film specification current revision is now the AMS-C-5541 [link is to spec at TechStreet] available from the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). The stripping specification, MIL-STD-871, as well as the older superceded MIL-C-5541 can downloaded form the DODISS website free in Adobe PDF format:(http://stinet.dtic.mil/str)

MIL-C-5541 has not been cancelled or superseded. Due to a mix up, AMS-C-5541 was published as a duplicate. It appears that it will be cancelled.
