3 in 1 Phosphating

I have some problem in 3 in 1 Type Phosphating Compound

My formulation are as under:
Phosphoric Acid 85% 38%
Non Ionic 9.5% 1%
M.T.O. 5%
I.P.A. 1%

Please inform right formulation if you can?
