Seeking paste to remove pickling stains on stainless steel [UK]

Does anyone know of a pickling paste that removes weld oxide from stainless steel, without leaving a white stain. I'm going to be making about a 100 s.steel fume ducts, the inside is on show and is a satin (grained) finish. The satin finish goes in opposite directions,so removing the white stain by mechanical means is not practical.
