Fix for burnt stainless steel plate

++

This may not be exactly up your alley, but I hope you have some info. I accidentally burned a stainless plate and it turned blue and brown. Is there any fix for this?

Thanks,

No promises, Kate, but there are products with names like "Blue Buster" [linked by editor to product info at Amazon] or "Blue Away" [linked by editor to product info at Amazon] to remove the blue color from hot chrome-plated exhaust pipes. Maybe they'll do something for you. Good luck.
