How to get clear coat and paint off of aluminum wheels

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO GET THE CLEAR COAT AND PAINT OFF OF ALUMINUM WHEELS WITHOUT DISCOLORING THE ALUMINUM?

Hi Raymond,

A solvent-based paint stripper would be your best bet. A good example would be a product containing methylene chloride [aircraft stripper [linked by editor to product info at Amazon]]. This is a highly effective stripper, but requires great care to be used safely.
