Oxidation of Aluminum siding [New York] 

++ I had aluminum siding put in about 10 years ago and it is oxidizing. The company will not use the warranty because they said the problem is mildew. Can mildew ruin aluminum siding? Richard W [last name purged due to age of posting] - Woodmere, NY
