Seeking Tin Plating [Washington DC]

I have one metal piece, it belong to a food processor machine, I need to coat it with Tin Plating because the Hard Chrome won't do the holes, this is a recommendation from a Hard Chrome factory.

I need to know if you can help me. I need a quotation for that if not, please refer me to some body who can. I live in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
