RAL TO PANTONE Conversions

I am a graphic designer wanting to know if a RAL-to-Pantone or Pantone-to-RAL conversion charts exist?

Let's hope someone tells us about such a chart because time has demonstrated that it is impractical to post questions about converting individual Ral, RGB, Munsell, Pantone, and CXF values to another color system -- we recently received 5 such requests within 2 days and there are almost an infinite number!
