We are doing white zinc plating on the part (material - AISI 1020). After white zinc plating there comes some yellow patches on the surface of the part. Please guide us why it is happening so and what is the solution.

Hmm. Cyanide, alkaline non-cyanide, chloride, or ammoniated zinc? Barrel or rack plating? I've never heard of "white zinc"--are you referring to zinc plating with a clear chromate conversion coating? Can you send us a picture of these yellow patches?
