Peeling of zinc from bended wire of chain link fencing [Pakistan]

We are manufacturer of Chain link Fencing from Galvanized wire,during the course of forming of wire, zinc peels off from the bend, can you suggest a means to overcome the pealing of zinc.

It is hard to be specific from this distance, but it certainly sounds like the wire is not properly cleaned and fluxed.
