No thickness aesthetic surface treatment for grey cast iron

My problem is to find an aesthetic surface treatment for grey cast iron like UNI G25, in a manner that it looks like aluminum or silver, with the following characteristics:

No thickness. Should be a final treatment (after all workshop operations) maintaining tight mechanical tolerances.
Aluminum appearance.
Low cost.
Easy to find everywhere.
Color: Aluminum, silver, eventually black.

What do you mean by "no thickness"? Molecules Thick? Angstroms thick? To what atmosphere will the coating be exposed? What do you mean by low cost? Easy to find everywhere, like anywhere within a few miles of any major city, or within a few miles of any minor city of less than 25,000 population or evenly distributed around the world?
