REFERRING TO THE QUALITY INSPECTION OF THE PAINTING (THE COVER WITH PAINT),PLEASE REPLY TO SOME QUESTIONS.

1)THE INSPECTION OF THE GENERAL APPEARANCE IS MADE VISUAL OR WITH X10 MAGNIFYING GLASS? WHAT IS THE DISTANCE WE MAY KEEP? IN WHAT KIND OF LIGHT? WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTABLE DEFECTS?

2)HOW MANY POINTS ARE USED TO MEASURE THE THICKNESS?

Follow only your customer specifications in regards to what needs to be inspected and how to perform the job. A blue-print (drawing) of the product being processed will entail specs, inspections required of the product.
