12 ct. HARD PLATING OVER COPPER ITEM 

I am facing problem in process of 12 ct. gold hard gold plating over bright copper article. I am unable to get pale-yellow colour. Can any one suggest me the process?

A little copper contamination in your bath will create a reddish tint in your gold deposit. Try plating your copper with nickel first.
