Hi, Sukesh,

If you are familiar with anodizing already, the thing about black parts is they require a heavy coating of anodizing (0.0005" to twice that) because black is such a saturated color that you need a thick anodized layer to accept the required amount of dye.

If you know little about anodizing yet, you might start with The Surface Treatment and Finishing of Aluminum and Its Alloys by S. Wernick, R. Pinner, P.G. Sheasby or "The Technology of Anodizing Aluminum" [link is to info at Amazon about the book], or the more manageable "Aluminum How-to", and then get back to us on any specific sticking points. There is enough involved in anodizing that it fills large books. Sorry, but we just can't offer the detailed procedure at conversational length. It doesn't fit :-)

Good luck.
