Letter 12042 Polyester sheet plating
Dear Sirs: We are a telephone card manufacturer (+/- 18 million cards/month) and are looking for an ink, nickel based - for offset process, that permits us keep developing a new method to produce our telephone cards. It must be a conductive ink. Today we start our process applying (silk screen process) a catalytic ink (paladium based)on a polyester sheet and then the nickel (electroless), which is a base for a tin/lead - 70/30 electrodeposited layer, which is the ultimate metal coating we plate in the cards (the card¥s circuit is made from this alloy). We know that these simples informations maybe are not enough to give you a good idea of our meanings, but the main purpose of this e-mail is to accept other suggestions. Ot·vio Richter
