Seeking copper electroforming of adult size shoes  

 

Electroforming-copper. I need someone to copper "bronze" shoes of adult size, approx. 60 to 120 sq. in. I am designing these shoes and have an acid tank "kit" from _______ well, no need to mention names. Anyway, I cannot get any results from the tank and very little support in it's use. At this point I would like to know how much a shop would charge if I design, harden (this is a necessary step for my designs when you see them you will understand), lacquer coat and any other prep you would need (possibly spray on conductive paint). I will probably be processing 2-3 pairs per week for the next few years, hopefully more and longer if there is any profit, ha ha.
