Seeking boring & Nikasil coating of my motorcycle engine [PA, USA] 

I am wanting to have a motorcycle engine bored, shaved and then recoated with this NiCaSil. I need to find some one that is able to perform this task. Everyone of the local machine shops I talk to are not able to perform this task. Any help or info would be great.
