Letter 11010

Cleaning Old Brass 

 

I occasionally collect old Brass objects such as Blow Lamps, Sprayers and Brass preserving pans. I would like to know if there is a mechanical way of cleaning these sometimes filthy objects. I have seen them professionally cleaned and would like to build or buy a small machine for this purpose. Can anyone help.

Hello Sean,

Try a search on the computer for "buffing wheels, buffing compounds, how to buff brass, etc..". I've seen quite a few for sale, even some that attach to a drill bit.
