We are looking for UV curable clearcoats for ABS and PC. Prefer low VOC water systems. Automotive specifications.

I am also looking for a uv curable thick water clear coating to apply to photographs after placing them on plates and ceramic giftware. The coating needs to be hard and scratch resistive. Any info would help.
