I am a student studying in India. I am currently doing a project
on chromium plating. I would appreciate it if you could send me some
refernces regarding the adhesion of electroplated chromium on cast
iron (particularly on sheroidal graphite iron).

Electrodeposition of Chromium Acid Solutions [link is to info about book at Amazon], Dubpernell,
George, Pergamon Press, 1977. warns of the poor adhesion of Beta
chromium deposited from cold solutions. He states that adhesion from
a warm bath is "almost always of a very high order".
