How to do Copper Deposition for plated through holes

I'm building printed circuit boards, for prototyping, but I am looking for how to deposit copper over the copper tracks, and finally building plated trough hole... If somebody could help or give me any useful information.

THANKS,

Hi, Roberto. Coombs' "Printed Circuits Handbook" [link is to info about the book at Amazon] is the go-to reference for this and just about anything having to do with fabrication of circuit boards. Good luck.
