Electroplating Lacquer

Sir,

Sub: Electrophoretic acrylic Lacquer

I want a lacquer which is a range of paint product applied by the so-called electrophoretic process also known as electrocoat & E-coat. This means that it is similar to electroplating in that the coated article is electrically live, but a paint-type coating is deposited instead of a metal.

Water-based acrylic topcoat for use on electroplated or mechanically finished gold, silver, nickel, casting, imitation & other metal surface. The finish prevent tarnish & corrosion while improving wear properties & also maintain the colour & brightness of the original finish. It is electrophoretically deposited producing a uniform deposit with no runs teardrops or bare spots. A pencil hardness of 3-4 H is obtainted after curing.Coat up to 6-8 microns. Clear acrylic topcoat for decorative rack plating.
