Material of construction for Hydrogen
Peroxide Equipment
Letter 10077
What metals and materials are best for containers and plumbing for
very high test (80+ percent) H2O2?
temperatures: -10 and 100 degrees Celsius
pressure: up to 100 psi
Specifically, are there any issues with stainless steel and
Teflon?
Any other suggestions?

I only used to work with room temp peroxide at 25% and low if any
pressure but the tanks we used were 316 Stainless. Lower grades of
steel caused problems with stability on the peroxide. The tanks were
also regularly passivated with 10 to 30% nitric acid.
