Letter 10043 Need help cleaning MgCoO2 ceraminc setters
Need help with post cleaning of ceramic oxide tiles. Tiles are first wet ground, then placed in an ultrasonicator....using de-ionized water for a cleaning solution. I am looking for any suggestions as to maybe a solvent or detergent to use during the cleaning process..also something other than solvents for post cleaning that will evaporate very quickly. I have experinced a lot of solvent soaking into the tile as it is quite pourous, which in turn is causing problems in our sintering processes. Joseph Posey
