Autophoretic® Painting Process vs. Powder Coating

Sir,

Can I have information on detailed Autophoretic® process & the comparison of Autophoretic® Process Vs Powder coating. And feasibility of replacing powder coating process by Autophoretic® process. ( ie. consumption, cost impact)

Hi, Anand. To my knowledge Henkel is the only company offering Autophoretic coatings, so you can ask them for this comparison, while also asking a supplier of powder coatings to present the opposite case. Autophoretic coatings would seem to offer the advantage of full coverage in deep recesses, and probably lower cost due to thinner coatings. But powder would be more esthetically appealing and versatile, and probably more corrosion resistant.
