Here in the USA the RAL color standards are available from Dorn Color, Berea. Ohio. Sorry, I don't know the procedure for getting them in India, although it looks like you can order direct from RAL in Germany at http://www.ral.de/farben/en/. These color standards are quite expensive though, from a couple of hundred dollars U.S. to a couple of thousand.
